Trench-Cat undertakes to permanently improve occupational safety and health in the implementation of its activities to avoid accidents.

To do so, Trench-Cat:

• Acknowledges that occupational risk prevention is a comprehensive part of the company management and is part of its pursuit of excellence.

• Undertakes to strictly fulfil all current and future legal requirements.

• Promotes the progressive adaptation of its teams in safety matters as far as possible.

• Promotes the gradual replacement of substances regarded as conflictive by others that are less hazardous for the health of its workers.

• Creates safe jobs on a company-wide basis.

• Provides and promotes the use of individual protective equipment in situations deemed necessary among its workers.

• Promotes the participation of all company personnel in preventive initiatives.

• Provides suitable training to all personnel.

• Provides the necessary media to make progress in safety matters and thus reduce the number of accidents.

Responsibilities

The Management is responsible for defining, approving, supporting and reviewing this policy.

The prevention delegates are in charge of monitoring the enforcement of this policy.

All Trench-Cat personnel must know, understand and implement this policy.
